General goofiness

The easy way to go to the blooper reel is to go directly to Title 3 of the first disk.
Bells & whistles

On the second disc, go to the menu "trailers and tv spots", then "go to tv spots". The scene is of the bridge of the Trade Federation's flagship. Just leave it for a few seconds, the menu will disappear and an image of Darth Sidious will appear and aptly use a quote from the film to tell you to hurry up and choose something! Ok so its not a real Easter egg, but its still kinda funny.
Behind the Scenes

From Disc Two's main menu, click on "Deleted Scenes and Documentaries". From here, click on "Deleted Scenes Only." Clicking on this option will lead you to the page marked "Complete Podrace Grid Sequence". From this page, highlight "Doc Menu" and press right to highlight a small square. Hit enter to view a short featurette on this scene.

Now, advance to the next deleted scene page, entitled "Extended Podrace Lap Two". Just like before, highlight "Doc Menu" and press right. Now hit enter to view a short featurette about this particular scene.

Go to "Options" from the main menu. Then enter "1138" using your remote, usually by entering "11" (or "10+" followed by "1"), then enter, then 3, then enter, then 8, then enter. You will be given a short blooper reel. Enjoy!
