Features: Leanne Rimes "I Need You" Music Video, Behind the Music segment.

The Movie: The movie revolves around a very human/down-to-earth version of Jesus, the savior of Christianity. It follows from the death of his father to his death and resurrection. The movie is very interesting as it puts a very modern twist on the story. For instance, when the devil is tempting Jesus into letting him stop his death, he shows him everything that happens in Jesus' name (the crusades, etc.), something that (to my knowledge) wasn't in past versions. Also, Jesus seems much friendlier and less "removed" than the Jesus in other films. Overall an enjoyable movie, whether you are a Christian or not.

The Picture: The picture is presented in it's original full screen. Some of the colors in this film are extremely clear and impressive, and the entire film is free of defect, which is why I gave it such a high rating.

The Sound: The sound is good, but is only presented in the original two channel stereo, so it isn't as impressive as it could be.

Extras: A Leanne Rimes Music Video and a Behind the Music segment.

Conclusion: A good movie for Christian and non-Christian alike, it is interesting in it's non-standard portrayal of Jesus, who is normally played much harsher than the Jesus in this film. Worth renting, and if you like this sort of movie, probably worth buying.
