Universal Studios Home Video has announced the DVD release for one of their most requested TV series Battlestar Galactica. Set for release on October 21st Battlestar Galactica: Complete Epic Series a six disc set will feature all 24 hours of the original series, presented in their original broadcast order presented in full frame will both newly created 5.1 Dolby Digital audio and the original mono audio and an interview with series creator Glen A. Larson and series stars' Richard Hatch (Apollo), Terry Carter (Col. Tigh) and Anne Lockhart (Sheba). Universal will also be re-releasing/repricing Battlestar Galactica - Original Feature Film DVD which will feature a sneak preview of the new SCI FI channel mini-series and a $10 off coupon for the Complete Epic Series Box Set.
