Silent DVD - Arbuckle and Keaton Volumes One and Two
This week we have the return of the Silent DVD Column with an indepth review of Arbuckle and Keaton Volumes One and Two from Kino. Silent Screen legend Buster Keaton made a total of 15 two-reel short films with his good friend Roscoe "Fatty" Arbuckle. Of these films only ten have survived. These surviving films are featured on these two DVD volumes including two, Rough House and Back Stage, which appear for the first time on home video. Read this week's Silent DVD Column for a look at these two silent screen comedic masters.
