This Week's Notable DVDs - Mulan, Dawn of the Dead and Control Room
Another solid week filled with notable DVDs including: Dawn of the Dead [Review] - one of the best horror remakes to date in an uncut and unrated edition, Mulan: SE [Review] - one of Disney's 'modern classics' gets the special edition it deserves, Control Room - a chilling behind the scenes look at Al Jazeera television and one of the best of the latest crop of politically focused documentaries, Wildboyz: S1 [Review] - Jackass meets Animal Kingdom and it's so funny you'll laugh till it hurts, 21 Jump Street: S1 - TV teen cop fun from a time when Johnny Depp was considered a 'teen idol', White Chicks [Review] - not an amazing film, but crudely funny none the less. Other notable DVDs this week include: China Syndrome: SE [Review], The OC: Complete First Season, That 70's Show: S1 [Review] and
Viva La Bam: S1 [Review]. Read our List of Top Upcoming DVDs for more great DVDs out this week, and visit our DVD Talk Review Database for all the latest reviews including an entire section devoted to reviews of DVDs out this week.
