New DVD Reviews: The Brown Bunny, Little Britain and Suicide Girls
With literally thousands of DVD Reviews (over 12,500 reviews!) in the DVD Talk Review Database it's easy to miss some of the notable reviews written by our staff. Recent DVD Reviews include: The Brown Bunny (Superbit) - confrontational cinema that will certainly continue to divide and insight arguments as it moves to DVD; Not Another Teen Movie Unrated Extended Director's Cut - a re-release with less features than the one it replaces, but still it's a stupid-funny flick worth checking out; Little Britain - The Complete First Series - one of the most impressive comedy series to emerge from the UK in some time; Story of a Prostitute - a bleak war drama that incredibly well made with plenty of gorgeous visuals that lay way for a tragic but interesting character drama to unfold; Suicide Girls - The First Tour - naked ladies and rock n roll go together like peanut butter and chocolate; This Old Cub - an inspiring look at one of the sport's most overlooked legends. Visit the DVD Talk Review Database for all the latest reviews including an entire section devoted to reviews of DVDs out this week.
