This Week's Notable DVDs: Scarface, Thank You For Smoking and X-3
A really solid week for notable DVDs including: Scarface: SE [Review] - Universal gives Brian DePalma's coked-out epic yet another once over, and its never looked or sounded better; Thank You for Smoking [Review] - Jason Reitman's directorial debut is simply phenomenal with Aaron Eckhart in his best performance in a decade; X-3: X-Men - The Last Stand [Review] - it's X-Men vs. Brett Ratner and the good news is that the X-Men survive; Edmond [Review] - blunt, brutal and one of 2006's best films, it's far from standard thriller fare. Other notable DVDs out this week include: Body Double: SE [Review], Little Mermaid: SE, Live Feed: Unrated; Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels - Locked 'N Loaded [Review] and South Park: Hits Vol 1 . Be sure to check out our DVD Talk Review Database for all the latest reviews including an entire section devoted to reviews of DVDs out this week.
