An uneven week for notable DVDs with almost no studio willing to compete with Mission - Impossible III [Reviews: DVD - HD DVD - Blu-Ray]. Mission - Impossible III was unfairly savaged during it's box office run due to strong negative reaction to Tom Cruise's promo-tour antics. However, this Alias like adventure film is such a strong 'popcorn flick' its sure to wipe out this week's other DVD releases. Other notable DVDs out this week include: BBC Atlas of the Natural World: Western Hemisphere and Antarctica [Review], C.S.I.
