Some great TV shows have made their way onto DVD this week including:  Gunsmoke - The Second Season, Vol. 1 - in its second year the episodes are just great, terrific little semi-anthology dramas that rate consistently high.; The Royle Family: The Complete Second Season - one of the most brilliant, surreal, and horrifyingly funny sitcoms ever; The Odd Couple - The Third Season - a remarkably solid, consistent season doesn't have a misfire in the bunch, and many episodes rank right up there with series' favorites.
