One of the best Star Trek parodies every filmed gets the high def treatment when Galaxy Quest arrives on Blu-ray on November 17th; Speaking of classic TV shows, Criterion is releasing a three disc set filled with some of the best TV from the 50's. The Golden Age of Television will feature seven televised dramas on three discs. Look for it in stores on November 24th; fans of dark mysteries will have reason to mark November 3rd on their calendar, that's when Sony is opening its vaults and releasing The Film Noir Collection: Volume 1. The five disc set will include some prestigious movies including The Big Heat (1953) directed by Fritz Lang and starring Glenn Ford, Gloria Grahame,and Lee Marvin.
