DVDTalk's Continuing Coverage: The Tribeca Film Festival
The 10th annual Tribeca Film
Festival is winding down, but, DVD Talk's diligent
correspondent, Jason Bailey, is still taking in and writing up
scores of documentaries and narrative features. Some of his favorite
films so far have included the wistful Will Ferrell comedy/drama Everything Must Go; Michael Rapaport's
nimble, marvelous music documentary Beats Rhymes & Life: The Travels of a Tribe Called
Quest; Alex Gibney's examination of fandom and scapegoating
(as seen in the story of the Chicago Cubs' most hated fan), Catching Hell; and the festival's Best
Documentary Feature winner, the delicate and evocative Bombay Beach. You can keep track of Jason's
Tribeca progress via Twitter and his daily Tribeca Reports, and you can read his Tribeca
reviews in our Theatrical Reviews section.
