DVD Talk Coverage: 2014 Tallgrass Film Festival
Writer Jason Bailey was able to attend the Wichita, Kansas-based Tallgrass Film Festival this year and had the chance to see some impressive films there. From Little Hope Was Arson, a documentary that digs into the rash of church fires that stunned East Texas a few years back, to the fabulously entertaining and surprisingly sweet A Life in Dirty Movies, there was plenty of quality films to see. Other entries of note include the endlessly likable Sun Belt Express, the story of a would-be idealist supplementing his meager teaching income by working as a coyote-for-hire, and Before I Disappear, an involving and disarmingly unique picture from writer/director/star Shawn Christensen. Read about all this and more in DVD Talk's coverage of the 2014 Tallgrass Film Festival.
