Bertrand Tavernier's perfectly realized drama has the courage to be about a preschool teacher who battles indigent parents and meddling superiors while trying to do what everyone else seems to have forgotten:
help people. One of the most socially hopeful and realistic stories I've seen of this kind, and highly recommended. From Facets video.
