Bonjour Tristesse
Otto Preminger lays a French egg. David Niven and Deborah Kerr escape with their dignity, but luckless Jean Seberg is slain
by her own false-sounding post-dubbing. The Riviera locations are ravishing - this is a terrific transfer - but the dramatics
are as strained as a soggy croissant from Sunset & Gower. With Juliette Greco warbling the title tune, and Saul Bass'es
memorable title sequence.
