The Wind and the Lion John Milius' best film is a rip-roaring romantic adventure yarn pitting Teddy Roosevelt's Atlantic Squadron against the Barbary Pirates. Sean Connery and Candice Bergen have a fine time as the pirate kidnapper and his spunky hostage; Brian Keith has his best role as Teddy.
