Baby, the Rain Must Fall
Steve McQueen and Lee Remick give this a solid try, but Richard Mulligan's film of Horton Foote's story doesn't give any of
its characters much hope. Clobbered by a dubbed singing voice and a plotline right out of Psycho, this comes off as
an odd Texan gothic with pre-echoes of Midnight Cowboy.
