Carlito's Way Al Pacino's trying to go straight in the nightclub trade, but his own lawyer (a great perf by Sean Penn) has become a coke-addicted crazoid. Brian De Palma directs this long, regulation-issue but entertaining gangland drama, with plenty of Disco music.
