Naked Among Wolves
A really good prison camp thriller from East Germany, about the final days before liberation in Buchenwald. Determined prisoners hide a tiny Polish boy in the barracks, while the Nazi guards try to think of ways to avoid hanging as war criminals when the Americans roll in. Great direction and fine acting. The show stars a young Armin Mueller-Stahl. With an excellent transfer from First Run Features.
