Yes, maybe only billionaire Gregory Arkadin can afford it, but Criterion's boxed set presents 3 versions of Orson Welles' fractured noir masterpiece, assembling one of them for a 'comprehensive version' that's actually watchable, especially after some welcome digital improvements. With gotta-see-it extras for Welles fanatics.
