The Twilight Zone Collection 5

Other
Isolated score
Posted by Isolated score Derrick Veurink on March 13, 2004 | 5.0 / 5
Starting with Volume 28, Image Entertainment began adding Easter Egg special features to their Twilight Zone discs. There are two basic Easter Eggs offered: isolated musical scores, and bumpers and episode previews (which are listed in detail below). The process for accessing these eggs is the same on all the discs mentioned below. First, from the main menu, click on “Inside the Twilight Zone.” Once in, click on “Reviews and Credits.” From this menu, you’ll be able to access the appropriate eggs. (You’ll find a listing of the available eggs for each episode below.) If the episode has just one egg, highlight the episode’s review and press right. You’ll immediately be taken to a sub-menu asking you to enter “The Twilight Zone.” Hit enter, and you’ll be taken to a new sub-menu displaying the egg. Select “Enter” to view the egg. If the episode has two eggs, highlight the episode’s review and press right. A star will be highlighted; this represents the first egg (usually the isolated score egg). Hit right again to display another star; this is the second egg (the bumpers and previews). You’ll have to manually select one of the stars to go to the aforementioned “Twilight Zone” menu. Once in, hit enter to view the new sub-menu displaying the egg. Hit “Enter” to view the egg. Here is the comprehensive listing of all the eggs in this collection. (Note that episodes with two Easter Eggs are marked with (1) and (2) corresponding with the eggs’ placement on the menus, respectively.)
