There are a whole lot of eggs in this one. From the disc’s Main Menu, highlight the 'Audio Setup' menu entry. Then press the 'Down' arrow key on your remote control to highlight one of the knobs on the TV set. Press 'enter' now and you will be treated to an introduction of the movie by Al himself, recorded during the movie’s actual production. Now go back to the main menu, and select the 'Audio Setup' entry, which takes you to a separate menu. Here, highlight the 'Francais' menu entry and then press the 'Left' arrow key on your remote control. This will highlight a fish from Kuni’s Wheel of Fish, which gives you access to a deleted scene featuring Michael Richards. A third hidden feature can be found when you select the 'Special Features' from the disc’s Main Menu. In the menu that appears, highlight 'Commentary by Al Yankovic and director Jay Levey' and then press the 'Left' arrow key on your remote control to highlight the warning sign saying 'Watch for falling rocks!' Now press the 'Enter' key and you will see a scene from the movie’s 'UHF' promo in which Michael Richards says 'Be there!' And yet another hidden feature is located in the Scene Selections. Go there and then select the page that gives you access to scenes 13-16. There, highlight the entry that says '13-16' underneath the screenshots and then press the 'Down' arrow key on your remote control to highlight the logo at the bottom of the TV set. This will allow you to watch a deleted scene starring Fran Drescher during the 'Save our station!' telethon. But there’s more. Go to the 'Special Features' menu once again and highlight 'Deleted Scene.' Some text will appear telling you that the scenes are found on the other side of the DVD. If you press 'Enter' now, Al himself will walk onto the screen and inform you that you will have to flip over the disc to see these scenes. Be sure to do it three times. Each time Al comes out he gets increasingly irritated with your inability to realize that the feature you’re selecting is on the other side!
