From the disc's Main Menu, go to 'Special Features'. Then, highlight the 'Gag Reel' menu entry and press the 'Right' arrow key on your remote control. This will highlight a Gremlin's hand and if you push 'Enter' you will get the see the 'home video version' the 'Technical Difficulties' scene, as it was released in early VHS-versions of the film to replace the original Hulk Hogan theatre sequence.
