I've only been able to do this on my PC, but on the Unrated version of the 40 Year Old Virgin, if you move the pointer to the left of the deleted scenes option, an hidden option comes up called "Whack It". Select it and you'll be treated to an extended take of Seth Rogan discussing the many ways you can "whack it". Commentary from Apatow and Rogan is also available.
