Opening Thoughts– Hailing from St. Louis, the Torry brothers are a pair of funny comics. Joe Torry is best remembered for following Martin Lawrence as the host of HBO's Def Comedy Jam. Joe also played opposite of Janet Jackson and the late Tupac Shakur in "Poetic Justice". Most recently, Joe has had a recurring role in UPN's "Girlfriends". Guy Torry has had more success on the big screen with roles in "American History X", "Life" and "Pearl Harbor". Guy has also written episodes of "Martin" and "Moesha". This DVD is filmed in Biloxi, MS and both brothers take the stage.

Review - First up is Guy Torry, performing in Biloxi, MS. Guy makes sure to let everyone know that he is not his older brother Joe. Guy starts out by making fun of Joe and his tight shirts. Guy hits on everything from R. Kelly to Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown. We also get his takes on people in the news like George W. Bush, Bin Laden and Colin Powell. Of course Guy also touches on racial issues, not becoming too controversial. Guy is a good comedian and plays to the crowd well.

Joe Torry follows his younger brother to the stage. He touches on small town life, big city life and other topics. Joe, a la Def Comedy Jam days, picks out people in the crowd to make fun of from the stage. No one is safe, not even little brother Guy. It's funny how payback happens once you get your hands on a microphone! Joe is a bit different in his comedy than Guy; he comes across as much more mature. Joe talks about the things that most comedians his age talk about – relationships, sex, and the differences between men and women. In my opinion, Joe is the better stand up comic – although Guy is the better screen actor. They do work well together, and have even started writing together.

Audio/Video-
This DVD is presented in a full frame format and 5.1 surround sound. Most of the sound stage is limited to the front and center channels and the surrounds are used for audience reaction.
Extras –
Urbanworks Previews - Some good previews of D.L. Hughley's Comedy Series, as well as glimpses of Eddie Griffin and Dave Chapelle.
Bonus Material – This should really be labeled "Behind the Scenes". It's 17 minutes of the brothers preparing for the stage, mingling with fans and their entourage, and just really being normal people. This bonus material is R-Rated.

Overall – I haven't come across an Urbanworks Comedy Series that I haven't recommended, this one is no different. As a fan of Black comedy this is another great addition to the collection. The Torry brothers are funny, and if you're a fan of Def Comedy Jam then it's a no-brainer.
