Synopsis: Deep Space, the year 2654. The Earth has explored the farthest reaches of the galaxy and encountered an alien warrior race called the Kilrathi. Bent on the destruction of human life, the Kilrathi mount a campaign to eradicate all terran lifeforms both in deep space & on earth as well. Obviously, this cannot be allowed. As such, the Earth battle forces must strike the Kilrathi & strike them hard or all will be lost. Will the Kilrathi prove successful or will the Earthlings draw the line & fight the Kilrathi to the death? Such is the saga of Wing commander.

Audio: 5.1 digital audio. Video: Non anamorphic widescreen presentation Extras: Trailer, 3 Tv spots

Overall: Think Starship troopers with an even more zero cast. This is another junk sci fi flick that attempts to pass itself off as legit sci fi! It's a teeny bopper movie at best no more, no less. The overall feel of the film is one of Battlestar galactica meets, starship troopers meets, a cheapo subamrine movie. While some of the special effects i.e. Matte paintings are handsomely pulled off, the rest of the film is truly wretched. The acting is so unbeleiveable it's almost funny. The kilrathi look in a word...awful. They don't even look capable of anything much less planetary domination. I love Sci Fi & I know Sci Fi, this is no Sci Fi! Pass on this one quickly!
