Filmed in the Paramount Theater in Oakland California, Foxx brings the house down with an amazing hour-long set of outrageously funny stand-up! From his early days as a member of In Living Color Foxx, has consistently put forth his funniest sketches and proven himself one of the funniest comedians around. His Fox comedy series "The Jamie Foxx Show", while not the highest rated series on the network, continues to showcase his incredible comedic timing and genuine talent. Not only is Jamie Foxx a gifted comedian, the boy can SANG! That's right he can saaaaaaaaang!!!! In the African-American community if a singer is good, hits all the right notes and technically delivers the goods, they can really sing. If they are awesome and blow you out of your shoes with what comes out of their mouths…they can SANG!!! In one of his many funny sketches, Foxx sings to the audience and brings them to their feet while impersonating the voices and styles of Babyface, Luther Vandross and Prince! Jamie Foxx: I Might Need Security, is certainly one of the funniest comedy sets I've seen in a long while. With consistently solid efforts like this, his star is sure to climb and climb and climb!

The audio presentation is Dolby Digital Stereo which is more than adequate for this material. The dialogue is consistently clear and easily understood. The video is presented in a very clean full-frame presentation. The colors are bright and the overall quality of the presentation is very good.

Extras:

The extras consist of four outtakes that are absolutely hilarious as well as the most outrageous version of the Brady Bunch song you will ever hear!

Overall:

You've seen him in Booty Call and in The Player's Club. You've seen him in Bait, Any Given Sunday and Ali. Those achievements aside, Jamie Foxx is at his absolute best on a stage in front of a roomful of people waiting to have their funny bones tickled. Jamie Foxx: I Might Need Security is Foxx at his funniest to date! Highly Recommended!
