But what about behind the scenes? What doesit take to become a competitor at the highest levels? What do theathletes go through, not just physically but emotionally, as theystrive to be the best? I've always found films that answer thosequestions to be very interesting, and <I>Triathlon: Through the Eyesof the Elite</I> joins the company of documentaries like <A HREF="http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/read.php?ID=8454"><I>TheHard Road</I></A> and <A HREF="http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/read.php?ID=13554"><I>Pro</I></A>in looking behind the scenes at an interesting sport. Rather than offering a lotof improvement tips, it's more of an overall primer on what to expectfrom all the different stages of a triathlon, and how to prepareyourself to have a good experience. That makes it a useful program,especially for newcomers to the sport; it's simply not titled asdescriptively as it could have been. </P><P STYLE="margin-bottom: 0.17in">The format of <I>Triathlon: RacingFaster</I> is somewhat different from what I expected, but actuallyquite effective.
