This Week's Notable DVDs (12/30-1/6)
It's the last week of 2003, but the year isn't over just yet for notable DVDs including: S.W.A.T.
[Review] - Colin Farrell, Samuel L. Jackson, Michelle Rodriquez and LL Cool J all deliver in a light but likeable action flick. If you're a fan of action films be sure not to miss So Close [Review] - think "Asian Charlie's Angels." All notable trilogies must come to an end, and in this case the only rings we're talking about are wedding rings in American Wedding: Unrated Extended Party Edition [Review] - while not as funny as the second "Pie", it does have a few strong laughs and is worth renting if you're a fan of the series. Another series winding its way down to the end is the ever popular: Sex and the City - The Complete Fifth Season [Reviews of Previous Seasons] a real treat for fans of the show. Finally, something completely different: Northfork [Review] - an unusual and stylized film with very fine performances, while not for everyone, it's a film worth checking out.
