After decades of false starts and trashed ideas, Superman Returns finally makes its way back into the hearts of people everywhere, and early word is that Director Bryan Singer has hit an absolute home run with his latest "superhero masterpiece." Reviews have been solid all around for the return of Supes, with Brian Orndorf even calling Superman Returns "one of the greatest films of 2006." Kate Bosworth, Kevin Spacey, and newcomer Brandon Routh help Singer breath life back into a widely-loved superhero that most people thought was (at least cinematically) dead. Superman Returns isn't just a heartfelt love letter to Richard Donner's original classic, but it's also a fantastic film and the biggest movie event of the summer. So what are you waiting for?
