New DVD Reviews: Eddie Murphy - Delirious, School for Scoundrels and After Innocence
With over 18,450 DVD reviews in the DVD Talk Review Database, it's easy to overlook some of the great reviews. Recent DVD Reviews include: Eddie Murphy - Delirious - simply one of the best stand-up comedy acts ever captured on film; School for Scoundrels - we expect more from this well seasoned cast and crew, but it's still enjoyable enough as a rental; After Innocence - bold and attention-grabbing, After Innocence shows us real people that didn't deserve the punishment they received; The Amazing Screw-on Head - Mike Mignola has always made fun comic books, but the absurd pleasures of this one-off were so uniquely bizarre that you can't imagine them coming from anybody else;
Homestarrunner - Everything Else Volume 2 - strange, amusing and addictive, if you haven't experienced Homstarrunner now is the time; The Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner - Gritty, harrowing, downbeat, and yet at the same time, curiously hopeful and ultimately triumphant. Visit the DVD Talk Review Database for all the latest reviews including an entire section devoted to reviews of DVDs out this week including a the ability to Browse reviews by studio.
