New Movie Reviews: Spider-Man 3, Waitress, and Lucky You
Sam Raimi's latest web-slinging adventure, Spider-Man 3, is so huge that we actually have not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4 reviews. Tobey Maguire and Kirsten Dunst are back, along with a couple new baddies, to thrill audiences and rule the box office once again. If your Spidey Sense is tingling that's because Spider-Man 3 opens everywhere this weekend. Also in theaters this week is Waitress - Adrienne Shelly's return to film also, unfortunately, ends up being her last after her horrific murder in NYC last November; Lucky You - Eric Bana, Robert Duvall, and Drew Barrymore star in Curtis Hanson's latest; and Killer of Sheep - Charles Burnett's 1977 masterpiece is finally making the art house rounds. Be sure to catch reviews of other recent Theatrical Films: The Invisible, Kickin' It Old Skool, Year of the Dog, Zoo, The Condemned, The Tripper, Next, Chasing October, Hot Fuzz, Vacancy, Fracture, In the Land of Women. As always, we invite you to share your thoughts on films in theaters in our Movie Talk Forum Area.
