New Movie Reviews: Land of the Lost, The Hangover, and My Life in Ruins
Will Ferrell heads off on a routine expedition in the big screen version of the beloved Sid and Marty Krofft television show Land of the Lost. Las Vegas knocks the memory out of three bachelor party pals in the hilarious comedy The Hangover. DVD Talk critics Brian Orndorf and Jamie S. Rich check out the laughs. And Nia Vardalos returns to the Greece, the land that made her a star, in the insufferable romance My Life in Ruins. Also in theaters: Director Sam Mendes aims for the softer side of life with Maya Rudolph and John Krasinski in the road trip dramedy Away We Go. And Jim Jarmusch arranges a puzzle of intrigue and staring in the crime film The Limits of Control. Be sure to catch reviews of other recent Theatrical Films: Drag Me to Hell, Up, Terminator Salvation, Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian, Easy Virtue, Dance Flick, Star Trek, Angels & Demons, Sin Nombre, The Girlfriend Experience, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, and 17 Again. As always, we invite you to share your thoughts on films In Theaters in our Movie Talk Forum.
