New DVD Reviews: Buster Keaton, A Town Called Panic, and Red Desert
Some cool discs have been reviewed over the past week. Check out these recent entries: Lost Keaton: Sixteen Comedy Shorts 1934-1937 - all 16 shorts that Keaton made with Educational Pictures. Hilarious talkies that rank up there with the best shorts from that time; A Town Called Panic - As thoroughly engaging as it is unquestionably bizarre, this film is a product of pure unadulterated imagination; and Red Desert - Criterion Collection - a classic of 1960s art cinema from director Michelangelo Antonioni.
Other recent reviews include: Invincible Shaolin, Brooklyn's Finest and Dare. Visit the DVD Talk Review Database for all the latest reviews including an entire section devoted to reviews of DVDs out this week.
