This Week's Notable DVDs: Damnation Alley, The Lincoln Lawyer, and [Rec] 2
Another banner week for DVDs with the studios releasing some great films and boxed sets such as: Damnation Alley [Blu-ray review] - this post-apocalyptic epic which never had a DVD release, finally arrives on Blu-ray thanks to Shout! Factory; The Lincoln Lawyer [Blu-ray review] - this Michael Connelly vehicle boasts a hefty amount of gripping suspense; and [Rec] 2 [DVD review] - pure dynamite, stampeding around in a grandly ghoulish form.
Other reviews of note include: Arthur (2011) [Blu-ray review], Buster Keaton - Short Films Collection: 1920 - 1923 [Blu-ray review], and Battle Beyond the Stars [Blu-ray review].
