New DVD Reviews: The 39 Steps, David Lean Directs Noël Coward, and Once Upon a Time in Anatolia
The 39 Steps Some great DVD and Blu-ray reviews have been added to the the DVD Talk Review Database recently including: The 39 Steps - it's brilliant - tight, tense, wholly devoid of sentimentality...the only apt genre categorization is simply "Hitchcock"; David Lean Directs Noël Coward - an important boxed set, restoring significant films from early in a great director's career; and Once Upon a Time in Anatolia - a supremely well-controlled, visually transporting work of cinematic art. Other recent reviews include: Numéro deux (No. 2); Superman vs. The Elite, and Project X.  Visit the DVD Talk Review Database for all the latest reviews including an entire section devoted to reviews of DVDs out this week.
