Recent Reviews: Pom Poko, Pork Chop Hill, and Middle of Nowhere
Pom Poko This week the DVD Talk Review Database has some great new entries, including a few discs you may have overlooked. Recent reviews include: Pom Poko - Studio Ghibli produced another masterful work of art with this excellent dramatic-comedy; Pork Chop Hill - Gregory Peck leads a fantastic ensemble in this unsentimental, Korean War combat flick; and Middle of Nowhere - a low-key but impressive film, capturing intimate details of one woman's struggle to regain control over her own life. Other recent reviews include: A Hole in the Head, Le Pont du Nord, and Jean De Florette / Manon Of The Spring.  Visit the DVD Talk Review Database for all the latest reviews including an entire section devoted to reviews of DVDs out this week.
