Some great TV shows have made their way onto home video recently including: Mr. Robot: Season 1 - a mix of timely social commentary, Shakespearean drama and trippy psychological thriller, this show is incredibly well-made, with tremendous performances; Doc Martin - Series 7 - the long-running British program still delights in many respects while remaining downright frustrating in other ways; and Amy Schumer: Live at the Apollo - despite starting on fire, Amy Schumer just can't maintain an hour-long special without coming off as overly cringeworthy... a passable hour of entertainment.
