Some pretty cool discs have made their way to store shelves over the past couple of weeks. Check out these new titles: Into The Night: Collector's Edition - John Landis' most forgotten film is still enjoyable in its own right… Jeff Goldblum and Michelle Pfeiffer turn in great performances and it's fun to play "spot the cameo" as the film chugs along; Junior Bonner - one of Sam Peckinpah's most maligned films gets an excellent special edition Blu-ray release from Kino Lorber… the commentary is sure to please Peckinpah's many fans and the transfer offers a substantial upgrade over the old non-anamorphic DVD release; and Death Rides a Horse - Giulio Petroni’s movie might not tell the most original story, but it sure is well made and beautifully shot.
