Another banner week for home video with the studios releasing some great films and boxed sets such as: The Virgin Suicides - Criterion throws it back to the magical cinematic year of 199, and comes up with another highlight release with Sofia Coppola's debut feature… a heart-wrenching and beautiful film; Dead Man - an oddball western that is as fascinating as it is entertaining… performed by fantastic cast and featuring some of the strongest direction of Jim Jarmusch's career, it's absolutely a film worth seeing a few times; and The Maze 3-D - the use of 3-D here is remarkable in that it doesn't hit you over the head with gimmicks yet still provides a far different experience than the 2-D version.
