Some pretty cool discs have made their way to store shelves over the past couple of weeks. Check out these new titles: Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom - this film features a few flashes of brilliance, an exhilarating finale, and gorgeous cinematography, but all of this is undercut by a script that is awful; The Tree of Life: Criterion Collection - Terrence Malick's movie is a polarizing film from a polarizing director but this new extended version feels like a more complete, better-paced film than the 2011 theatrical cut; and The Pyjama Girl Case - this well-crafted and deeply affecting film deserves to be more widely celebrated than it has been Arrow Video is certainly doing their part… this disc boasts a marvelous presentation and nearly four hours of extras.
