In my non-movie geek life, I work in state government, but have an extensive history in print, TV and radio journalism. Currently I am a film reviewer for the Oklahoma Gazette, an Oklahoma City alt-news weekly. Past freelance and ghost-writing credits include Esquire, The New York Times, Washington Post, Dallas Morning News, Oklahoma Today and numerous bathroom walls. I live in Oklahoma City with a wife who's far too good for me, two young children, two dogs and a cat.
