Defective Spy Game DVDs
If you've got the Spy Game DVD and aren't able to turn off the 'English Titles For The Hearing Impared', you're not alone. We've tested the disc on 2 of our Toshiba players and the player which we got from Total Movie and it had problems on all 3 systems! We also have reports that the Spy Game DVD has this problem on some Pioneer and Sony players. If you've got one of these defective discs Here's What to Do

If you have a defective Spy Game DVD, Mail your DVD (without the case) along with your full name and mailing address to:

Spy Game DVD Return
PO BOX 224468
Dallas TX 75260

We are told that returns may take between 4-6 weeks while they re-press the DVD and deliver the new one, but do be prepared for it to be even longer.
