New Movie Reviews: Righteous Kill, Burn After Reading, and Sukiyaki Western Django
It's an acting team formed in the cinema heavens. It's a motion picture that's ready for the bottom shelf at a video store. Robert De Niro and Al Pacino meet up for Righteous Kill. DVD Talk Critics Brian Orndorf and Jamie S. Rich assess the long awaited pairing. The Coen Brothers return with George Clooney and Brad Pitt as total idiots in black comedy Burn After Reading. Brian Orndorf and David Walker rate the morons. And Takashi Miike embraces spaghetti westerns with his wild valentine Sukiyaki Western Django. Also in theaters: Tyler Perry is back with the charged melodrama The Family That Preys. Diane English directs Meg Ryan, Annette Bening, and a cast of many ladies in the dramedy The Women. And Alan Ball follows-up "American Beauty" with the uncomfortable sexual, domestic, and psychological abuse chronicle Towelhead. Be sure to catch reviews of other recent Theatrical Films: Bangkok Dangerous, Mister Foe, Babylon A.D., Disaster Movie, College, Another Gay Sequel: Gays Gone Wild!, Traitor, The House Bunny, Death Race, Hamlet 2, Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Tropic Thunder, Mamma Mia!, Pineapple Express, and The Dark Knight.
