New DVD Reviews: A Nightmare on Elm Street, Nick Thune, and Dread
Our reviewers have been busy this week, filling the DVD
Talk Review Database more great entries. Some new reviews of note include:
A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984) (Blu-ray) - Very Highly Recommended - every last one of its most ambitious scares are still devastatingly effective after a quarter-century; Nick Thune: Thick Noon - a smart, snarky, straight-faced comic who has come out of the gate swinging with this release; and Dread - one of those rare book to film adaptations that manages to capture the spirit and tone of the source material.
Other recent reviews include: Pirate Radio, Talhotblond, and Gogol Bordello Non-Stop. Visit the DVD Talk Review Database for all the latest reviews.
