DVD Talk Interview: The Princess and the Frog Directors Ron Clements and John Musker
Ron Clements and John Musker With their latest animated release, The Princess and the Frog, Disney returned to more traditional 2D animation and the results are spectacular. DVDTalk writer Jack Giroux was able to sit in on a roundtable discussion with the directors of the film, Ron Clements and John Musker. New Movie Reviews: Clash of the Titans, The Last Song, and Leaves of Grass

TV on DVD: Party Down, Mad Men, and Nurse Jackie
Party Down: Season 1 Some great TV shows have made their way onto DVD this week including: Party Down: Season 1 - devastatingly funny, it's absolutely the best comedy that you're not watching; Mad Men: Season 3 [DVD review, Blu-ray review] - one of the most important and enthralling programs on TV; and Nurse Jackie: Season One - One of the most entertaining oddities on TV, it's both sincere and sarcastic--making you laugh and cry in equal doses. Recently Announced Discs: Roger Corman's Cult Classics
Rock Shout! Factory has recently acquired the rights to many choice Roger Corman films. They'll be releasing them under the Roger Corman's Cult Classics banner. The title announced so far include such fan favorites as: Rock 'N' Roll High School on DVD and Blu-ray(!) - The Ramones are featured in this wild comedy. It'll arrive on 5/4/10 (DVD) and 5/11/10 (Blu-ray); Suburbia on DVD - featuring live performances by T.S.O.L., The Vandals and D.I. pick it up on 5/4/10; and Death Race 2000 (1975) on DVD and Blu-ray - Forget the 2008 remake. DVD Savant: Trailers from Hell, Mail Order Bride, and Dillinger is Dead
The Best of Trailers from Hell Volume 1 This week the DVD Savant has a number of new reviews and articles including: The Best of Trailers from Hell Volume 1 - The Trailers from Hell website offers its first DVD collection of genre-oriented coming attractions, each with optional hosting and commentary from the TFH stable of director "Gurus". The extras include a good copy of the entire 1933 horror feature The Vampire Bat; Mail Order Bride - Director Burt Kennedy and producer Richard E. It also bears an extremely close relationship with Sam Peckinpah's breakthrough classic, Ride the High Country; and Dillinger is Dead - Marco Ferreri shows us how a genuinely subversive, politically committed Italian director puts together a filmic treatise on modern man's alienation.
