New DVD Reviews: True Blood, Rogues of Sherwood Forest, Creation
Check out the latest DVD reviews that have been entered into the DVD
Talk Review Database including: True Blood: The Complete Second Season - an awesome show in just about every way; Rogues of Sherwood Forest - another classy programmer centered around Robert of Sherwood, the Son of Robin Hood - filmed in three-strip Technicolor, the transfer looks great; and Creation - this biopic is evocative, intelligent, poignant, and delivers a good deal of clarity both in the development of On the Origins of Species and on the complexities of Charles Darwin the man.
Other recent reviews include: Hamlet (2009, Royal Shakespeare Company), David Cross: Bigger and Blackerer and (Larry McMurtry's) Streets Of Laredo. Visit the DVD Talk Review Database for all the latest reviews including an entire section devoted to reviews of DVDs out this week.
