This Week's Notable Releases: The Meaning of Life, Tad, and Shout at the Devil
This week several great movies are coming out, including a few that shouldn't be missed: Monty Python's The Meaning of Life: 30th Anniversary Edition [review] - Episodic, ambitious and sporadically brilliant, fourth and final big-screen outing from Britian's legendary comedy troupe has aged quite well in the past 30 years. This Blu-ray release boasts a refined A/V presentation and a strong collection of bonus features; Tad, The Lost Explorer [review] - this Spanish animated flick is a real treasure that is very entertaining for kids and adults alike; and Shout at the Devil [review] - staring Lee Marvin and Roger Moore, the movie is a big scale adventure flick with almost non-stop action.
Other reviews of note include Corruption [review], Curse of Chucky [review], and Laurence Anyways [review].
