Some new reviews of note include: Independence Day: Resurgence 3D - Fox's 3D Blu-ray offers a pretty spectacular presentation of the movie, which adds to the scope and scale of the feature; Lone Wolf And Cub: Criterion Collection - this film series isn't exactly high art, but its poetic violence and colorful characters are insanely entertaining; and C.H.U.D. - this holds up well as a really fun horror movie... we get a solid cast, a neat premise, some excellent location photography and some genuinely cool monsters.
