New Reviews: Warm Bodies, The Green Slime, and The Flamingo Kid
This week the DVD Talk Review Database has some great new entries, including a few discs you may have overlooked. Recent reviews include:
Warm Bodies (4K UHD) - an unexpectedly good zombie love story that eschews teen romance cliches and instead relies on dry wit and a sense of zombie adventure to entertain; The Green Slime - supremely goofy but action-packed and crammed with sci-fi hardware and imagination throughout, this film is perfect Saturday matinee fun; and The Flamingo Kid - a fish-out-of-water, coming-of-age, class-conflict comedy set in the metro New York area of the early 1960s, starring Matt Dillon as the titular kid.
Visit the DVD Talk Review Database for all the latest reviews including an entire section devoted to reviews of DVDs out this week.
