The Return of The Commitments
On the night before St. Patricks Day, to celebrate the DVD release for The Commitments: Collector's Edition, members of the Commitments came together to play a special concert at the House of Blues in Chicago. 13 years had passed since the release of the film, and the band now features many fresh new faces (including new Commitments lead singer Joe "The Moose" Walsh) but one thing hasn't changed - the amazing music! DVD Talk reporter Jeremy Kleinman was at the event and has a special report on the Return of The Commitments. Also we have an extensive review of the new Collector's Edition DVD.

This Week's Notable DVDs (3/16-3/23)
A solid mix this week of notable DVDs, including: the Academy Award Nominated 21 Grams [Review] - with three exceptionally strong performances absolutely not to be missed, Veronica Guerin [Review] - Cate Blanchett is phenomenal it the title role of a reporter literally under fire for her investigative reporting, The Commitments: SE [Review] - Alan Parker's superb and soulful film finally gets the SE treatment it deserves, The Cat In The Hat [Review] - painfully bad, the DVD equivalent of a Happy Meal, kids might love it but it's undeniably junk food, and finally Scooby Doo: Season 1 & 2 and The Flintstones: Season 1 - classic TV cartoons the way you remembered them, kudos to Warner Bros. for unlocking their valuts and releasing these shows on DVD. Read our Complete List of Upcoming DVDs for more great DVDs out this week, and visit our DVD Talk Review Database for all the latest reviews.

Charlie Kaufman & Michel Gondry Interview - Eternal Sunshine of The Spotless Mind
It's an unfortunate fact that most everyone, at some point, will have a bad relationship. The film Eternal Sunshine of The Spotless Mind poses the question: What if you could have the memory of this bad relationship erased? Would you do it? If so what kind of impact would erasing memories have on you? We had the opportunity to sit down and talk with Eternal Sunshine of The Spotless Mind Screenwriter Charlie Kaufman and Director Michel Gondry about the film. Their tag-team approach to the interview gave some great insight on how this unique pair works together and how they created such a complex, fascinating and entertaining film. Read our complete interview with Charlie Kaufman & Michel Gondry or Listen to the complete audio version.
